Prior to being a partner of Elite in 2007, Mr. Michael Kuan has worked in multinational corporations and small & medium enterprises. Helming marketing and training portfolios with more than 20 years of working experience, he would many times spearhead and manage successful marketing campaigns for mainly the banking and finance industry and other fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) markets. With his training portfolio, Michael enjoys coaching fellow marketers to craft appealing marketing communications and assists to implement successful marketing strategies.

As the marketing director of Elite, Michael’s curiosity in using the Internet as a powerful marketing medium has helped built Elite to be a strong brand and a reputable language service company. His goal of using his strengths to overcome his physical disabilities is evident through his ‘can do’ attitudes and strong determination to assist others to be on the path of success as well. His hopes are that Elite can continue to grow to aid businesses and companies to convey meaningful messages through their multilingual communications strategy.
