    Personal Training Fund
  • •   Each staff is given a budget for their personal training which they can use to sign up for training courses that would help them in their area of work. We highly encourage staff to upgrade themselves constantly and are happy to help them do so.

  • Attend Language Courses Arranged by Our Training Arm (Elite Linguistic Network)
  • •   The passion in languages draws us together, and people who love language will find the language lesson as a method to achieve satisfaction and relax after a hard day’s work. Elite Linguistic Network LLP is ELITE Asia’s training arm that organises language courses (currently for English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese) to achieve this objective and will concurrently collect feedback on the teaching effectiveness of different language trainers that are recruited. Such benefit is extended to all our part-timers, interns as well as staffs under probation, as well as their family members without charges.

  • Annual Training Program
  • •   ELITE Asia strongly believe that staff development is one of the key success driver in the growth of the Group of Companies. Every year, we will have a theme that serves as the focus of capabilities training, and thereafter organises the annual training trip for all our colleagues from different offices to participate to learn and work together, as well as getting to know more about each other for team-building.

  • •   ELITE Asia wishes to provide a conducive environment for our staff to achieve a work-life balance by providing various Work-Life Balance Benefits. One of our signature initiative is our monthly ‘Work from Home Scheme’. Eligible staffs can choose two days in a month to work from home. ELITE Asia’s effort in providing flexible programs to achieve work-life balance is recognised by the Work-Life Excellence Award 2014 organised by the Singapore’s Tripartite Committee on Work Life Balance.

  • Medical Insurance Benefits
  • •   Our staff are covered under our company insurance for hospitalisation benefit after their probation. Staff may either choose to be covered under company insurance or to claim to be reimbursed a part of their premium of their personal existing plans from us.

  • Elite Distinguished Service Award
  • •   Loyalty and persistency is a virtue recognised in ELITE Asia. We appreciate every milestone that they grow and contribute to the Company at the intervals of 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, etc. They will be issued with cash rewards and additional annual leaves as a token of appreciation of their contributions.

  • Annual Company Retreat
  • •   Every year, if the ELITE Asia’s Group of Companies successfully achieved the revenue target as a group, eligible staffs are rewarded with a trip to a destination voted by majority of the staffs. Over the years, we have left our footprint in Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, and Australia in 2014. All expenses will be fully paid for by the company as we hope to let everyone unwind after a long year of work.

  • Company Leaves
  • •   Annual Leave - 12 days for 1st year and up to a maximum of 21 days.
  • •   Paid Sick Leave & Hospitalization Leave of 14 days & 60 days respectively as per local government’s authority in labor laws.
  • •   Medical Claim – Enjoy medical subsidization from company per medical consultation.
  • •   Marriage Leave - 3 to 5 days
  • •   Compassionate Leave - 3 days
  • •   Maternity Leave - In accordance with local government’s authority in labor laws.
  • •   Childcare Leave - In accordance with local government’s authority in labor laws.
  • •   Bereavement Donations – Payable to demised staff’s family and another partial sum assured under the Medical Insurance purchased by the Company as a token of bereavement
  • •   Replacement Leave - Given to staff who work on weekends for onsite events or for those that went on business trips that are more than 2 days.
